      Pros

      As a phlebotomist I've gotten a lot of good experience because most if the patients are really ill. Because I draw blood here I can draw blood anywhere.

      Cons

      Very stressful. Too many patients but not enough staff to effectively manage patient care.

      Majority of the coworkers and ancillary staff are nice. Everything else...there's always room for improvement.

      Pros

      You learn to grow and advance in the company at a fast pace because you're forced to take charge at unexpected times. The coworkers are supportive, friendly, and make sure you don't fall behind. The supervisors that I've worked with are very supportive of you as well. It's not a bad place to start if you're a new grad, considering you'll get a lot of support from people and experience. Personally, I haven't heard any stories of the whole "eating their young" in any department.

      Cons

      $$/hr. Some doctors are questionable and don't respect staff members (patients included) at all. They seem to just let you deal with problems that are theirs or throw you under the bus, then you're the one cleaning up their mess. The employee benefits could use some improvement.

      Pros

      The Pharmacy is real well run, which makes our out of the Pharmacy duties very easy to preform. all staff work together without having to be told what to do.

      Cons

      Bought by a new owner, a lot of cut backs were and are being made, to an unfair manor.The hospital it's self is a nice community hospital.
