Family-like atmosphere with passionate and professional staff. Easy to communicate with interdisciplinary team. Reliable company with 16 hospitals and growing. Ability to transfer or pick up hours from different facilities. Fully-electronic clinical operations.

Mostly great coworkers, however not everyone sees value in one another. Great clinical experience.

Pros

Down to earth coworkers and patients for the most part. When push came to shove in certain situations, people teamed up and made things happen.

Cons

Not everyone shares the same work ethic and management does not value employees. Compensation abysmally lower than market rate and potential for more fair compensation not in sight. Union rep and union steward left a bad taste in my mouth and I did not want to have anything to do with them.
