      Great coworkers, benefits are good, lots of flexibility with scheduling, we work 1 out of every 3 weekends

      Cons

      Going through transition, not a lot of structure/direction for new nurses, high employee turnover, more team work is needed on some units

      Great people, very nice and welcoming. Everyone is willing to help each other out(usually) and everyone pretty much knows how to do everyone else's job
