* The CEO has good intentions and talks a good talk about how employees should be treated, but in practice there are pockets of toxic leadership. * Generally good benefits
Cons
* Pockets of toxic leadership * Depending on which group you work in, opportunities for advancement will be limited. * As with any company, there are clicks within leadership which leads to bad behavior being tolerated by some managers. * Prime is currently in a hiring freeze and are shedding staff. I suspect certain anticipated contracts were not awarded.
