      - A variety of career paths within the company - Great pay and benefits (from a single and healthy individual) - Great incentive program (not a lot of people are aware or use this program) - Annual Week of Giving fundraiser for charities - Black Friday off - New facility has a game room and a nice gym - Annual bonus - Remote work is possible - Different departments have different work dynamics. I left an overbearing one for a healthier one with management who supports career growth and work/life balance.

      Cons

      - Tech is behind the times. - Clinical Review Dept is production based and require you to hit a certain amount of case review each day. Direct supervisors will meet with you when you don't hit the required amount. There's a lot of OT opportunities but also a lot of mandatory OT. Avoid getting into Clinical Review Dept if you're not into being micromanaged.
