      Sitting at a desk all day sucks ;( but staff made it much easier to want to stay

      Cons

      Great staff, always had fun events going on whether it was catering or a cook out we always made it a fun enviroment at Prime.

      The co-workers, clean breakrooms, cafeteria onsite

      Cons

      Management, extremely low morale, oppressive work environment. You are not allowed to talk to your coworkers unless both of you are on break. So dont try it, or management will walk up and ask if you are on break. NO FAMILY/WORK LIFE BALANCE stay away if you have children!! You will be penalized for everything from being over 5 mins late due to traffic/weather etc. and you will also be penalized for sick kids! Very punitive attendance pt system
