So far nothing I can report besides the process too so long I was looking for employment elsewhere

Three years ago Prime was an amazing place to work, but as my title suggests... the last two years have been an exponential downward slide. Management seems to be more than content with the status quo, Leadership and Vision are needed in spades and inaction seems to be rewarded, while those who dare to take initiative are ignored. No decision no matter how minor seems to be made without spending money on outside consultants, which I can only surmise boils down to lack of knowledge or even worse a lack of courage and willingness to take responsibility. Band-aid fixes and doing the bare minimum necessary are the norm, and planning is done from the bottom up rather than the top down.
