      Pros

      Truly live their value. Fast growing company with many opportunities. Open opportunities to move vertically and laterally within the company. Open workplace with a lot of teamwork and collaboration. Relaxed company culture. Great PTO, great work-life balance.

      Cons

      Might not be the best fit for young professionals. Competitive in some areas but not all. Most new hires and sent to benefits which is not viewed highly among other employees. Not fast-paced for a fast moving industry.. Probably a better fit for people looking to settle in their career rather than start one.

      The Pay is very good. And believe me when I save they will get their moneys worth out of you.

      Long hours, nights and weekend. Been working on allowing staff better work life balance for over a year now.

      Pros

      I enjoy working with the people at Prime. I work with very smart and fun people. They like to do activities outside of work and as a team. I have made some great friends here.

      Cons

      Lack of direction from senior management. There is not a clear line how the things we are doing or even our yearly goals are aligned with the business' strategy. Lack of action taken. Decisions have to go through so many committees and decision makers which means typically no decision is made. Very reactive and not proactive.
