      Prime is a great company, but one that is experiencing growing pains.

      Pros

      Prime has a management staff that is dedicated to their employees. I have found that Prime really cares about the well being of the employees.

      Cons

      Prime does not seem to apply promotions and awards in an equitable way. Many positions are filled with no posting, and awards are given out that require nothing more than an employee who answers to you suggesting you get an award. It is funny, you can not bribe me as your boss, but you can nominate me for an award of up to $500 for me doing little more than my expected job.

      Pros

      Very dedicated, motivated and intelligent peers. Good opportunity to grow and experience work across multiple departments/divisions. High growth means frequent internal opportunities to move laterally and also up. Excellent total compensation package. Very good opportunity for work/life balance excluding peak periods (Nov-Jan, Jun-July).

      Cons

      Increasingly politicized environment, making career development more difficult. Politics also appear to be impacting senior leadership decision-making and willingness to take stands. Internal policies changing and becoming less employee friendly. Significant turnover at senior leadership levels year over year. Newer executive team.
