      Pros

      I feel like the company focuses a lot on our health plan members to ensure they have a great experience, and not just doing whatever possible to earn more money. I also feel like there has been a decent amount of room for growth, as I have had 3 promotions in 5 years. And at least with past leadership it seems like they like to hire internally, which is nice once you're in the company.

      Cons

      We're going through a lot of changes at the company. We recently bought another company and are making a lot of new changes, especially in the IT space. They'll be good changes down the road, but at the moment it is a little difficult to deal with many changes at one time.

      Pros

      Great work environment with an excellent work-life balance. Amazing leadership who understands your needs/concerns and work with you. Really friendly coworkers who are always there to help. Feel lucky/blessed to be part of this organization.

      Cons

      Would've love to have unlimited PTO or rollover PTO option but I guess I'm asking for too much here.
