      Could have successfully onboarded a new hire who was willing to learn but...nope. Company has potential unless you work for a manager who is old school, racist, and retalitory.

      Worst dynamic due to poor management, zero training for a new hire, and gender disparity/discrimination.

      Partial job security, though still somewhat shaky

      Cons

      Pay Awful work life balance (company/manager will track to make sure you work 40 hours, but doesn’t bat an eye if you work over 40 hours) For a healthcare company, benefits are awful and expensive
