      Pros

      Terrific supervisor and team mates! Plenty of room for growth!

      Cons

      Unnecessary one on one meetings in combination with team huddles. Feel one on ones should only be done if certain job requirements aren’t being met. Having both one on ones and team huddles feels like we are being micromanaged.

      Pros

      Prime’s benefits and culture are great. YMMV since work experience is so dependent on your direct manager, but that’s everywhere. The fact that Prime immediately pivoted to full time WFH and has recognized that we are all equally if not more productive this way is also huge. They’d just built a gorgeous HQ when the pandemic hit, but they’re not trying to force anyone back just to justify the cost.

      Cons

      The HR department isn’t the most helpful, nor is their IT help desk. Onboarding is inevitably delayed because of access issues. Also they have very few opportunities for individual contributors beyond a certain level, to advance you either need to be willing to manage people or have a PharmD.
