      Pros

      Team supervisors and managers care about the team and listen to employees. Good training program. Great co-workers who want to help customers and each other. Team mission to help customers navigate & maximize health care benefits. Can move up quickly.

      Cons

      Can be overwhelming in the beginning to learn all the laws and systems, but my boss and the specialists were really supportive! Heavy workload during busy season. Not being able to give customers what they want because of IRS regulations. Pay and benefits could be better.

      Thank you for providing this detailed review. Our supervisors and managers do care about the teams they lead and listen to them. There is a lot to learn when you first join Benefit Services, but our helpful co-workers and training team are there when you need them.

      Pros

      PrimePay is a great company to work for. The management team is supportive and positive. The entire office is a great team and very helpful.

      Cons

      Corporate is in West Chester, PA so getting to know the other team members there is a little more challenging.

      Pros

      Always plenty of work to do. Very little down time. Great work/life balance. Most co-workers are good people. Great starting point for your career, but go elsewhere for better opportunities.

      Cons

      Equal opportunities for advancement does not apply here. Some positions will be posted, some won't be. Some posted positions will be announce, some won't be. Favoritism among the Sr staff towards employees. If you are not someone they talk to regularly you are not on their radar for projects, compliments, or promotions. Job expectations are not clearly defined. Pay in under standard.
