In a nut shell, PrimePay is like a BMW M3/M5 trying to race against Ferraris, Lamborghinis, McLarens, Maseratis and when they don't win the race, the people upstairs come blaming the driver instead of looking at themselves and the quality of their car.

Used to be a fantastic place to work

Cons

Completely changed the company around 2021 - changed the service model to no dedicated service rep to whoever answers the phone which could be hours - Pricing went up - service went down - The wheels have officially come off.
