      Some employees are friendly and fun to work with

      Cons

      Low pay, no work/life balance, double standards with what management allows from certain employees, must use your PTO when there is bad weather, below-average health plan, empty promises from management - this company is not competitive compared to what other companies offer nowadays. Outdated in every way imaginable. Poor management decisions - promoting people for the wrong reasons. This is a company to get experience from, not to build a career with.

      Pros

      If you like a stable environment, this position is most likely perfect for you. As long as you’re dependable, eager to learn and are an effective communicator, you’ll fit right in. Some of our participants are great, and we strive to treat them like family, helping them to understand and take full advantage of their benefits.

      Cons

      Constantly Changing Work Environment - IRS laws are constantly being changed and updated, so can be a challenge for previous FSA/HRA and COBRA beneficiaries who don't think things should ever change. LOL Steady paced, busy days during open enrollment season.
