PrimePay gives its employees a reason to love their job. Being my first corporate job out of college, I felt a bit nervous walking into the office on my start day. Within minutes, I was introduced to a number of coworkers by my manager and felt instantly at ease to see that this was not a "stuffy" corporate environment by any means. Those at the executive level will give you warm greetings and the CEO knows everyone by their first name. At PrimePay, you feel equal, significant and needed by the company. Everyone here possesses a certain quality of leadership; they are all determined and have an admirable level of ambition. No one wants to see you fail, and at PrimePay, you're given the tools to succeed.

Cons

If you're looking for a job where you sit in a corner and keep your head down, this is not the place. If you want results, you have to put in the work.

My experience has been very positive! There is a wide variety of services to sell, protected territories, and new opportunities to be promoted if I continue to hit my sales goals.

Cons

Like other sales jobs you create and own your results. The longer I have been here the easier it gets though.

Pros

Small company that tries to care for employees. Everyone embodies a team atmosphere and has a common goal to serve the Client. Trying to expand and grow their market share through strategic partnerships and additional products.

Cons

Payroll product is a little behind the times from a technology standpoint. It gets the job done and is a non-issue for 90% of customers but it does not demo as well as some competitors. Compensation and Commissions are fair but below market, especially considering there is less name recognition than ADP and Paychex. Quotas are unrealistic outside of their main market of Philadelphia (HQ) and NorthEast.
