      Pros

      PrimePay is the best company I have worked for in the industry. Everything that they have promised and even more has always come true. The work life balance has always been there as that is important to all executive level management. The growth of PrimePay in the future is phenomenal and every year the expansion of what we accomplish has been amazing.

      Cons

      Fast pace growth is not for everyone as challenges do happen. If you are looking for Sales then you have to have a true hunter mentality in the beginning as you build your referral network.

      Ok for recent college grad if you can't find anything else

      Pros

      1. Most coworkers are very nice. 2. Pizza is brought in during stressful times to try to appease the employees. Basically keep them in their seats and eating while they continue to work. 3. Very good benefits

      Cons

      Upper management only cares about the bottom line. Employees are referred to as numbers. Middle mgmt. is overworked. Employees are overworked. Training is minimal except for overview training at the beginning of employment. Pay and increases (good luck) are bad

      Pros

      Great team atmosphere with industry competitive pay and thorough training. Fellow sales reps all help one another succeed and managers genuinely care about not only professional growth, but personal growth as well. Full autonomy to create your own schedule and drive your own success! The company is also growing extremely fast which provides endless opportunities for those that earn it!

      Cons

      Considering how quickly the company is growing, there is often a lot of change! Whether organizational, process related, product offerings, etc. - you certainly need to be comfortable with quickly adapting and adopting.
