If you like a stable environment, this position is most likely perfect for you. As long as you’re dependable, eager to learn and are an effective communicator, you’ll fit right in. Some of our participants are great, and we strive to treat them like family, helping them to understand and take full advantage of their benefits.

Cons

Constantly Changing Work Environment - IRS laws are constantly being changed and updated, so can be a challenge for previous FSA/HRA and COBRA beneficiaries who don't think things should ever change. LOL Steady paced, busy days during open enrollment season.

- There is a lot of freedom - You are in charge of your own success - Teamwork is strong throughout service and sales

Cons

- Meeting certain quota KPIs can be challenging which makes bonuses unlikely - Bonuses make up a significant amount of overall pay

Pros

Great company culture and engagement. Continuous training keeps you focused on the different aspects of your job. My team is great and works hard, but also has fun.

Cons

PTO can be a struggle because there is no separate sick time. Not a huge conflict for me, but I can see it being a struggle for others.
