Management needs to care more about their employees. If seems they only care for themselves.

I am sorry that you did not feel that we as management cared abut you. We failed you there. Considering that I can certainly understand why you have chosen to leave. I hope that you find a position that makes you happy and where you can succeed. Should you change your mind, we have had 21 employees who left PrimeWay come back home over the last 3 years. We are always happy to welcome back talented friends that want to help us improve for our members.

Pros

My coworkers were very friendly and helpful. Felt like a family. Patient and willing to take time to teach you

Cons

Limited room for advancement and the pay was not enough for the work that was expected from individuals who work there. Seemed to me like there were many people afraid to speak up when a problem came up

Thank you for your review. I am glad you enjoyed working with the team during your tenure. PrimeWay is lucky to have lots of talented and dedicated team members. Unfortunately, it isn't always possible to promote everyone. As we grow more opportunities are available, but we understand there are times that you must move on to improve your professional life.
