Pros

SO many pros -lots of opportunity for growth -company that cares about your mental health and wellbeing -they take into consideration your opinions on workflow and really listen on ways to grow internally -great pay -great benefits -unlimited PTO -very understanding and supportive about work/life balance

Cons

not really a con to me, but growing very fast so still learning how to grow rapidly, which is a good thing in my opinion!
