Pros

It is a great place to work and most of the people are a pleasure to work with within the company. People maintain a positive attitude throughout the day and get along well which is a great thing.

Cons

Salary is near insulting, and management doesn't maintain transparency with a majority of their decisions. The wages in Power Delivery are extremely low.
