Pros

Vacation and sick time when hired. HR person is very nice. Very helpful. That is really it. Nothing positive at all.

Cons

Worked at Primex Design (Woodruff). Very poor poor management. GM is a clown with zero experience. Customers hate him. Ops manager is a puppet. Will not back employees. Lots of blame game and hatred among entire staff. High high turnover on shop floor.

Good hours, good pay, get gain sharing bonuses and very family like atmosphere. Love everyone I work with

The hours can be long but that can be with any job. It's takes a lot of dedication to be successful here so if you are one who commits to what you want their is no cons

Insurance is good. You do get vacation time when you hire in. If you like overtime this is a good job

Cons

You work 7 days a week and have to stay over a lot. The training is a joke, there is none!!!! It's very hot and you never get time with you family. You get 1 sick day every quarter but it's like you get punished if you use them
