continously changing direction and product strategy, poorly managed

Pros

interesting products and technology, in general the people are professional and friendly

Cons

Many in upper management are clueless. Strategic direction changes every 6 months, resources (people) are added and then laid off as the new strategy of the week is deployed following the old failed strategy. The owner should realize that maybe its the people at the top that are the problem.

Pros

I wouldn't consider this a real pro but they act like they are a $200,000,000 and are only a tenth of that

Cons

compensation plans territories and goals change every six months. Unable to deliver product. Compensation plans and territories change on a whim. With no adjustments to goal or quota.

Pros

Very rewarding career at Primex. I was fortunate to be involved in launching the business and be a part of its exponential growth. The management and staff are extremely hardworking and dedicated people, focused on growing the business. The Primex culture is second to none when called upon to support the customer.

Cons

There was a period of poor product quality and limited product development that stymied growth potential. There has been a major improvement and investment in this area over the last 18 months.
