      Pros

      Flexible, good benefits, overall friendly work environment, good company culture, informal dress code (t shirt and jeans).

      Cons

      It is a day and night difference between the company culture for the corporate employees and the techs in the field. These people tend to get overlooked. They have a terrible schedule which they at least get compensated greatly for. People work there for the money. Not healthy at all. But if you migrate from that schedule, you will feel it in your wallet. Overall- I went from hating my job to never wanting to leave.
