Micromanagement, mysogyny, favoritism, retaliation, and a lot of other shady business practices. They are being run by a financial investment company, KPS, which flips companies. The only thing that matters is their bottom line, so if you want to roll the dice on a good manager, which there are few, plan on this being a short visit and be ready to jump ship.
