Fast rotating schedule. The teams are self managed. There are very little HR policies and what policies there are, they are very vague. They promote confrontation. No holiday pay. No overtime pay for holidays. Building is falling apart. Just an overall miserable place to work and your teammates will try to make you feel as miserable as they are.
