      Don't expect anything but a paycheck

      Pros

      Decent hourly pay, light workload on good days when nothing breaks down.

      Cons

      No work-life balance, minimal benefits. With very few exceptions, management is bloated, ineffective, and ignorant of the inner workings of the plant. Equipment breaks down frequently, chronic problems with equipment are routinely ignored. Been understaffed since before the pandemic.
