Cons

Like any delivery job, some days can be busy, but that's part of the role. Overall, I don't have any major complaints

Despite its size, the company is still a new entity which means strategic direction can change and processes evolve (fortunately, in the right direction for the most part). People are filled with enthusiasm for what they do.

Cons

Certain processes are still riddled with bureaucracy which requires patience and realistic planning if you want to get something done.
