Pros

Some good teachers, most of the children and their parents were great

Cons

Training is inadequate. Leadership is too focused on retaining enrollment and pacifying entitled, needy parents. Management only listens to the client's complaint, not the whole picture. Teachers are expected to handle difficult behavior and classroom chaos without getting overwhelmed. Rather than being honest and clear on how a child's day was, management requires teachers to "sugar coat" daily reports to parents at pick up. It doesn't matter if you're a model employee, give 110% of yourself, when they want you out, you're out!
