Pros

One of the major positives was their education system, which was very well-structured and truly helped students grow in the areas they needed. This enabled them to progress smoothly to the next grade level.

Cons

One of the major downsides is that the management is extremely micromanaging, leaving little room for employees to grow and expand. Additionally, despite frequent talks about fostering a family-like environment, I found that consistency in that approach was lacking. I also noticed that the turnover rate was extremely high, with two or three people leaving every month over relatively minor issues, or even without being given a chance to improve. This lack of support was concerning.

Pros

Great camaraderie, great kids, great hours.

Cons

Management expects you to come in when you’re sick, they do not hire enough staff to cover the students, holds kids in a classroom for almost up to a year when transitions should be every six months so this holds back a lot of kids from reaching important milestones. They do not provide maternity leave and do not pay holiday pay if you are sick. Management is not very considerate when it comes to the staff’s personal lives. They never give raises even after being promised one and then denied one when asked.
