      Pros

      The only pros were the bonds I made with children.

      Cons

      Long hours. Short staffed always. Extremely high turnover. One girl came for orientation, left for lunch, and never came back. Sneaky business practices. The hire you on the basis of if you quit before giving a three weeks notice, they (current owner Irina Bhatia) will reduce your pay to $7.25 state minimum. But here’s the kicker, they will fire you before you compete your three weeks notice . Funny right? This practice only benefits them so beware. The pay is low, $14.50. The days are long and stressful due to the lack of support in classrooms. You’re have to announce on the radio several times to get someone to relieve you for a bathroom break. Overall horrible work environment. Admin was messy and backstabbing.

      Pros

      the Grant Park Primrose location is a joke. the staff is all into gossiping, nonstop drama and VERYA cliquey. i seriously feel bad for the parents that pay to send their kids here to be yelled at

      messy, owner works there, favoritism, cliquey, mean to the kids, 70% discipline and the rest is play. the workers are all miserable
