Pros

You get your weekends off.

Cons

No breaks for closers or openers, you get sick most of the time, there’s always some kind of virus or disease going around.

Pros

Coworkers, families and children are mostly great. Curriculum is given to you although it really sucks if you actually follow it fully. All materials needed are provided.

Cons

Management, management, and management. They are rude, toxic, and careless to their teachers. They do not communicate well with each other. They gossip about families and staff constantly. They will blame children's aggressive behaviors on teachers and allow it to continue. They favoritize teachers heavily but get upset when teachers show any kind of child favoritism(which is almost impossible not to sometimes). Their pay scale has no logic to it. They hire people who have zero teaching experience or education. They will force you to come to work sick or bring your sick children so you can work. I could go on and on but will stop with that.
