Pros

The kids are so awesome.

Cons

Where to begin? Hmmm. I saw bad reviews and figured maybe those bad reviews are catered to the kind of people at that specific location. I thought I'd be fine at my school. NOPE. Turns out if you have no HR, the "managers" are allowed to talk to you and treat you however they deem fit. I have had jobs all over the country as my husband is in the military. This job in particular, is the WORST job I have ever had. Terrible pay, terrible management, drama with teachers who make sure the school knows about one another's drama. I just couldn't believe grown, educated women act this way. Also, be sure you know before you agree to work that this is a job where the customer is always right, and you the employee is always wrong. Parents are just pay checks. They will do anything to keep them happy; including water down bad behavior of the kids.

Pros

The kids were amazing, the location convenient and it was clean and tidy

Cons

Management was a nightmare. Listen, I didn't want to quit. I loved the kids but I had been lied to several times by management and it had gotten to a point where it was ridiculous to stay. I will tell you how this will go, they will hire you as a teacher and then make you support (a person to keep ratios when teachers are sick or need bathroom breaks or more water). If you come to management with concerns about how your job is not what you were hired for they will tell you "things change." This not only happened to me but other people I was working with. I was lied to about position, classrooms, and pay (twice). There communication is ridiculous, they not only drop the ball with teachers but with parents as well. A red flag I should have listened to is that they are ALWAYS hiring, because people are always quitting. I wish I had listen to the reviews when I looked up the company. So my advice to you (if you are looking at this exact location because I don't know about any others) is to take the reviews into consideration and decide if you can work in an incredibly unorganized place happily.
