The teachers all had there own clicks. They hated me. My co lead thought I was coming in to step on her toes even though we have the same tittle. She and another teacher conspired to have me fired for claiming I hurt a child and left a red mark that conveniently “went away” when I asked for evidence of this. The company fired me on this false allegation and I had to go to court because of DHS. There was no proof or no cameras. I was innocent and had to take parenting classes all because this stupid girl didn’t like me. Also you have to buy their uniforms to work for them. So dumb and money hungry.

Consistent schedule and fun events throughout the year .

Cons

Low pay and unrealistic expectations with following schedules and curriculum lead to unhappy, stressed teachers. Many employees sadly only seem to be there for a paycheck and do not show a genuine concern or care for the kids. There is a general lack of team mindset within classrooms and a ton of gossip and backstabbing within the teachers . Management is more concerned about appearances to parents than what is actually going on in classrooms.
