Management Does not Care about Their Workers

Pros

Working with the children and being able to teach them awesome things that will help them get ready for school. In most cases you were pretty much raising that child because they spent more time at school than home.

Cons

MANAGEMENT. Where to start I was trained by a computer and was so behind whenever I actually got into my classroom to teach because there was so many things I was not told. I could never get a day off and they never closed for bad weather. I was dismissed because I missed 4 days due to sickness and weather out of the last 90 days. I never felt welcomed there either. I had to be the one that talked to them or I would never know things. Also I worked with 2 year olds and 16 two year olds for 2 teachers was way to many especially when you had 4 problem children in the class.

The kid are great, the families are amazing, the best co workers

Cons

A lot of untrained staff working with children. A lot of them frustrated because they don't know what to do. Kids have been pushed down and left outside alone on 3 occasions that I'm aware of. 2 girls were fired for it but they spared 2 other girls who did the same thing on the other side of the building.
