      Pros

      I love the teachers and I love my students so much. My coworker were amazing and I had fun being with the kids.

      Cons

      Manger whee okay but I feel like the owner only care about the money sometimes even the manger didn't follow rules at times. Primrose is suppose to have low ratios but somehow classes are filled with kids and not enough teachers.

      Pros

      This is a franchise so every location will be different depending on the management. Fortunately, I work at a school with great management! The owner and directors really care about you/teachers and the kids as well. You also go through extensive (paid) training before you are put in the classroom.

      Cons

      -No indoor large motor area for rainy days or too cold/hot days -No staff break room

      It is a very clean environment and management is willing to work with employees when concerns arise.

      Cons

      Sometimes communication is limited but there's always someone that you can ask questions.
