      Pros

      Good experience to be gained here. One of the best private childcare/preschool providers. Good name in the community. They do try to provide teachers with lots of resources, materials.

      Cons

      Employees not treated as well as they should be. They require donated time for certain events, which I don't think is far. Pay is probably comparabel.

      Pros

      It is a good place to work if you like wroking with small children and you need an extra income. Great flexibility if working part time and discount on child care.

      Cons

      No benefits for working part time, not sure there is too much room for promotion.
