Great schedule, weekends always off. Friendly staff. Value your opinion.

Cons

The health insurance is costly and they do not match 401k. Every property is different and each AR/AP want things differently.

Pros

All of the staff are extremely helpful and it's a positive and encouraging work environment. I am thankful everyday that I work for such an awesome company. They care about the employees. My hope is that I retire from Princeton Management. If you have the opportunity to work for this company jump on it! I've never worked for a better company, grateful to be apart of it.

Worst company to work for. They are slum lords who do not fix anything for their tenants. They expect way too much from their employees and they only give you 5 days a year.
