They pay you fairly for most part, they give you great princeton wear

Cons

Area Directors do what they want. No checks and balances. Special facility team of maintenace do what they want no accountability. They are in the stone ages with software and reporting. They will write up a Caucasian employee a million times and even put on probation but if your black they will fire you . There are probably 3 black ppl at corporate office. No black area directors. Will not promote a black person to area director
