Great support, allowed to make local decisions, let me run my properties and good salary! Much better than the last company I was with. Great career potential within the company. Also nice to know the owner is a phone call away and you can call with an issue if needed and he will work with you to help in any way he can! Very rewarding job! Always something new to deal with and will keep you in your toes!

Cons

No 401k match If you are doing your job it will be very busy and this type of work is not 9-5. Things come up and you may be called at 1am. To most this would be a con but to a real Property Manager it is part of why we do what we do. Constant challenges and ever changing needs for the property. You have to love your property and care about your tenants to be in this world. I love it but most wont!
