Pros

I started working for Princeton in October of 2017. I must say, I've had my fair share of shady property management companies and Princeton is definitely NOT one of them. From my first day with the company I've felt welcomed, respected, and valued. The training was very beneficial when I first started, as well as the support, not just from my supervisor, but the other employees within the company as well. When emergency situations arise, there is always someone backing you up. I've never once felt neglected or unappreciated as an employee. They pay well and hold all of their employees to high standards. I plan to make a lifetime career with Princeton!

Cons

Benefits can get to be pricy if you are insuring an entire family.

Pros

Understanding of changing family schedule. Fair in decisions and trustworthy senior management. They allow creative autonomy and care about opinions of their employees.

Cons

Still a bit in the dark ages for tech, but moving in the right direction.

Pros

My Area Director has been very helpful. I had a couple days of training with an individual from a sister-site which was questionable; not great experience. I've had the opportunity to speak to some individuals from the corporate office that relieved my anxities about the position and were extremely friendly and helpful. My AD and the assistance I got from the ladies in the corporate office were the reasons I did not pack up and run! Not everyone; even though I could tell she is probably good at 'her' job and 'her' property - should go attempt to train a newbie. This gal was NOT a good teacher! Over all I am excited to learn my duties and learn about the manufactured homes as I come from strictly apartments. They provided me with a gift bag which included work shirts, coffee cup, work planner/binder. Meant allot! I just can't wait until I have my job / role / responsibilities (procedures, etc) figured out. At that point I am sure I will LOVE my new position with my new company!

Cons

Lack of thorough training. I am alone in the office for most part. With my long past in property management; I see many things that should be fixed at my new community but without at least a 'part time' person - it seems impossible to bring the community as a whole up to its fullest potential. This is one thing I will be pushing for........ Also, inadequate training (or at least the part I rec'd from just the one person).
