The company is understanding and allowed me to work around my personal schedule for my kids.

Cons

The people in charge do not pay attention to what their minions are doing while out for the day. Treatment of employees is not always great or appreciated

Opportunity for advancement even if you don’t have education or experience.

Cons

Unqualified management. They put people in positions based on feeling bad for them, not who has the credentials & experience. They are stuck in 2000. Everything is handwritten from work orders to leases...a complete nightmare in the age of technology. If you are tech savvy & forward thinking, this is not the job for you.
