Pros

Flexible when it comes to your family/work balance,there's always work, majority of employees are good . Always something you can learn, the owner is a real down to earth person. Human resources is dependable and effective when needed, good bonuses, company gives a sense of family.

Cons

Correct People/position placement, no perks if you don't live on a property, some people are "signed out" and there to collect a check with no drive to help the company or coworkers grow
