Pros

The training materials are good, and there are a few kind hearted people here. There are occasional opportunities for advancement in the beginning.

Cons

Employee morale and support is not good. The company heavily discourages forming friendships and support systems between coworkers, and supervisors are so overworked they are rarely available to provide help even when urgently needed. The way that cruelty is rewarded here is beyond disheartening.
