Great colleagues! Incredible and generous benefits, especially PTO.

Cons

PU is a world-class institution but it's not built to be nimble, or responsive, or remote. It moves very, very slowly. Consider that before taking a position, especially if that position isn't about undergraduate education directly, the uni's prime focus. Everything is secondary and not prioritized.
