Pros

Full funding, ability to choose an advisor, high generals pass rate. Very good choice if you are looking for a grad school. Obviously it depends on your advisor, but people generally have a very good experience and are happy with their hours and schedule.

Cons

Housing can be limited which is frustrating. Area isn't spectacular for students. Pay increases don't quite keep up with rent/insurance increases, especially if you live with a spouse.

Pros

-competitive stipends for graduate students -zero to no red tape -tons of summer funding opportunities (on top of stipend) -great career services center

Cons

-location (suburban New Jersey) -the graduate student body is tiny (due to the lack of professional schools), so it can feel a bit isolated
