      Flexibility, Nice HQ campus, Pension

      Cons

      There is a lot of lip service from the executives and, more than anything, egos and drama plague the harrowed “6th floor” that makes it very difficult for their individual BUs and SCBUs to operate collaboratively. Walking on eggshells around executives is common.
