      Pros

      Work from home option and allowed flexibility to balance work and personal life. Great disability and basic life plans. Company has a good reputation in the community and supports volunteering.

      Cons

      Highly stressful work, unrealistic expectations, overloaded with too many cases, micro managers at the department and team level. Horrible technology. The benefits and perks have slowly reduced over time and new perks are things any preferred customer can get through another avenue.
