      Best workplace experience, but outsourcing raises concerns

      Pros

      Its the best place I have ever worked! Its been a blessing to work at Principal with the stability I have had in my job over the last four years. A very ethical and kind culture. I have worked in other banks, and in my experience, this company will not compromise its values just to make a sale, and values their employees concerns.

      Cons

      I notice that some teams have been outsourced, and they have let some employees go due to that. That puts fears in the minds of other employees when that happens. Also, not all teams have the same experience I have had.
