      Pros

      A lot of really bright people to collaborate with as long as management stays our of the way.

      Cons

      A lot of moving parts. Really poor developer onboarding. Pay is not nearly as competitive as it should be considering the complexity of the work. Benefit keep getting reduce. RTO isn't really about productivity. It's about downtown economic impacts.

      Pros

      Close to home and availability to work remote when needed.

      Cons

      They promote based on who they like and not who has the most skills/experience. They are biased when giving raises when your team did better than another’s and they get a raise when you don’t, true bias. It’s about being a yes man and not a space to help initiate true innovations. I wouldn’t work here.

      Ensure you are selecting your manager not the job

      A great place to work if you have a great leader.

      Cons

      Your manager determines: Your mental health Your promotions Your career goals Your work-life balance Your best interests During the interview process I met with my manager, and we had great connection. Shortly after starting my manager was changed and I received a toxic manager who not only demoted my career but my physical, emotional and mental health. Human resources did not provide any support when asked, everything is determined by your leader.
